File Portal

We offer a state of the art Portal to our clients to facilitate the secure transmission of electronic files between our office and your computer. The security of your sensitive information is a primary concern at Hill & Ford, and this Portal will help us achieve our file management and data security goals.

The Portal is a web-based application that allows for the encrypted, bi-directional transmission and storage of electronic data. Hill & Ford will use the Portal to give you quick and easy access, 24/7, to your important financial documents including tax returns and financial statements. You will also have the ability to send files to us through the Portal as well. There is no size limit associated with file uploads to Portal which means that it will work well for very large files, including QuickBooks files, that are too large for email.
